LA SCATOLA by OBICUA Architects will be part of the SALT LAKE CITY PARADE OF HOMES 2021, the city’s builders’ fair.
The SALT LAKE CITY PARADE OF HOMES 2021 is an event where every year the major builders and home owners of extraordinary properties open their latest estates to public and welcome visits. During the 15 days of the parade the homes receives an average of 40,000 visitors, which makes the Parade a unique event for local demand and offer to meet. “La Scatola” home project (the Box) is a high-end residential project that will be presented at the 2021 HOME PARADE this Summer. Our project aims to represent the best of Italy’s design tradition in the US real estate market. The Home was fully designed by our crew of Italian architects and interior designers, following the latest European trends and is a selection of Italian supplies and materials made available in the Us local market. “La Scatola” which is conceived by LA FUCINA and designed by OBICUA ARCHITECTS is a refurbishment of an existing single family house in Salt Lake City in which the former house was completely renovated both in the exteriors and interiors.
